Training that changes what people can do.

I turn manuals, procedures and hard-won expertise into training people can actually perform — not just information they forget by next week.

PhD candidate in Curriculum and Instruction, University of Ibadan — with a first career in teaching, sales and customer support.

Selected Work

Two complete sample courses, designed and built end to end. Open one — or read how it was designed.

Handling Difficult Customers with Confidence

For customer-support teams

The problem

Agents are taught product facts, then freeze — or flare up — when a customer raises their voice, because nobody ever trained the first five seconds of a hard call.

Design highlight

Built on Steady + LACE. Agents first steady themselves, then Listen, Acknowledge, Calm & Control, and Execute — practised on realistic calls with consequences, not slides.

Outcomes

After this course, agents can: stay composed under shouting, separate facts from feelings and need, set a respectful boundary when language turns abusive, and close with a clear promise — or escalate cleanly.

Concept Mapping for Instructional Designers

For instructional designers, trainers and teachers

The problem

Professionals receive content as a pile and pass it on as lectures and bullet lists — while most so-called concept maps are bubble diagrams with bare lines that nobody can actually read.

Design highlight

One real map is built across the whole course, lesson by lesson. Then learners must build their own map on a topic they have never seen, scored against a rubric they were shown in advance.

Outcomes

After this course, learners can: frame a topic with a sharp focus question, arrange ideas from general to specific, write linking words so every line reads as a true sentence, add cross-links between branches, and turn the finished map into a teaching sequence.

How I Design

Start from the problem

What must people do differently?

Analyse

Who the learners are, and where they struggle.

Design on paper

Objectives and blueprint before any building.

Prototype & review

One lesson built first, tested and corrected.

Build, test, publish

Every screen tested the way learners will use it.

Work With Me

You bring the expertise. I turn it into training that works.

Pilot Module

One real training problem, designed and built as one finished module — proof before you commit to more.

For: organisations testing a training investment.

Full Course / Onboarding Build

A complete course built from your manuals, procedures and your experts' knowledge.

For: teams whose training materials sit unused.

Training Workshop

A half-day or full-day session built around practice, not slides.

For: sales, support and teaching teams.

Monthly Retainer

Ongoing design and improvement of your training, month by month.

For: organisations that train regularly.

Every engagement starts with the problem, not the content.

My Journey

Chemistry Education — BSc, 2017

I learned how students really grasp difficult ideas — and how easily teaching misses them.

Field Sales — Nature's Field · Greenlife Pharmaceuticals

I learned that giving people information changes almost nothing.

Sales Management & Business Development — LifeBank · Afrimash

I learned to train for results people can be measured on.

Customer Support — Moniepoint

I learned to listen for the facts, the feelings and the need underneath a complaint.

Curriculum & Instruction — MSc; now a PhD candidate at the University of Ibadan

Now I study learning design itself — and apply it to every course I build.

Every stage taught me the same lesson: training must change what people can do.
